Diamonds are beautiful stones, and cannot be described in any other way. What makes them a girl’s best friend can be described in numerous ways. The pure fact that they are simply stunning can sum it up, but of course the list of reasons is endless.

Typically the larger the rock, the better a friend, which is no good for husbands or partners, as diamonds can fetch millions and millions of dollars, and in modern times are the "˜in’ thing to be wearing, not one famous person or anyone with money can be seen without the "˜bling bling’ of a diamond worn in some shape or form on the body with the up most of style.

Women spend hours trying on different clothes to get the perfect colour match, whereas with diamonds they simply do not have this trouble as a diamond is fit for any item of clothing and will look elegant and dazzling with a dress worn. Not only do they go with anything, they will last forever, hence the name given to the famous James Bond film - diamonds are forever. They never fade, are hard to damage, and still sparkle no matter how old they are.

Not only are they a natural stone but are a precious stone. Very rare, even though there are that many widely available from jewelers throughout the world. There are many qualities to a diamond ranging from your basic low to high quality, and thankfully all qualities please women, but of course if they catch eye of a bigger an better one, there original thoughts will soon change, especially for the lucky few were money is no object.

Such a high population chooses to show love to a women by presenting them with a diamond in some shape or form, instantly gaining the woman a new best friend, and proving that the partner can provide for them. The look, feel and pleasure of owning a diamond and the "˜bing’ factor made from celebrities makes them even more of a girls best friend, and the saying will continue forever, and so will the same of diamonds, and eventually when sources for mining them run out, they will become even more valuable than what they are in today’s market.
