LG vx5300 Review
By: Ian Boudreault
A great phone we had the chance to review is the LG VX5300, a phone that was conceived to compete the mobile phone market. Launched around 01/7/2006 the VX5300 functions under the networks AMPS 800 / CDMA 800 / 1900. Measuring only 89 x 48 x 24 mm and having a weight of only 93 g, this phone has a perfect design. The LG VX5300 is including a nice little camera of 0.3 MP / 640 x 480 px / 2X Zoom / Multi-Shot / Self-Timer. A cool thing of the LG VX5300 is the speaker phone, which is useful in the car for example! The large screen lets you insert wallpapers of 128 x 160 px. The game collection included in the LG VX5300 is based on BREW, providing cool little games! Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the VX5300 supports both SMS and EMS.
Additionally it has MMS messaging to send pictures and clips! The cell phone comes with a calendar which is very intuitive and LG included a phone book having a capacity of 500. The prediction text tool uses the T9 technology, being very easy to use. The High speed data transfer is using the cdma2000 1xRTT technology. We believe the LG VX5300 to be a very attractive companion cell phone and we greatly encourage it to someone in search of a good phone!
