A notable phone we had the chance to review is the Motorola KRZR K1, a cell phone that has been created to revolutionize the mobile phone market. Released around 01/7/2006 the KRZR K1 functions under the networks GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900. Having a dimension of only 103 x 42 x 16 mm and having a weight of only 102 g, this item´s size will please its users. The Motorola KRZR K1 is including a compact camera of 2.0 MP / Flash / 8X Zoom / Video Recorder. This phone arrives with a Li-Ion battery which lets you talk for about 6.50 hours and gives in standby 348 hours. Its creators incorporated a 20.0 MB memory, just enough a normal use! Adding to its internal memory you can augment it with external memory with microSD / TransFlash memory cards.
A cool thing of the Motorola KRZR K1 is the speaker phone, which is always useful in loud places! The screen on this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 176 x 220 px. The game collection included in the Motorola KRZR K1 is running on J2ME, providing cool games to play with! Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the KRZR K1 supports both SMS and EMS. It also supports MMS messaging to send pictures and any multimedia file! The text prediction system exploits the iTAP technology, which is renowned as a good tool.
The KRZR K1 supports streaming media using the Screen 3 technology. The data transfer is using the GPRS (Class 12) / EDGE technology. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share data between both systems. We conclude believing the Motorola KRZR K1 to be a very interesting cell phone and we would recommend it to our readers!
