Remember When?

From the time little girls are very young, they dream of marrying a strong, handsome man who will love them forever. Have you ever seen kids imitating a wedding? All of the girls want to be the bride, and will often assemble outfits for the wedding party. Many times a girl will also be the groom, as boys are just not into that sort of thing. But boys grow into men, and eventually they will be involved in their own wedding. This will involve months of planning, usually by the bride
who wants everything to be perfect for the day she has waited for all of her life.

A wedding dress and outfits for the whole wedding party become the bride’s focus, as the pictures of this day record the popular styles and colors of the time. In addition, the couple has to book the church, plan the reception, send out invitations, and see to every last detail. This whole event can be overwhelming, but fortunately there are some moments of respite. Friends and family will hold numerous parties or showers for the happy couple. One shower reserved
for the bride is the one when she is showered with bridal
lingerie. Her friends will pick out thongs, bustiers, sexy bras, babydolls, or even leather lingerie. It’s a fun shower, and the comments about each type of lingerie given could turn a groom red in the face if he ever heard them. That’s why this is normally for “Girls Only ” .

Once the big day has come and gone, and the honeymoon is just a
pleasant memory, it’s time to keep the spark alive! Many
distractions of everyday life may take priority over an intimate relationship from time to time, but this is one area of marriage which deserves time and attention. Never stop dating, plan romantic days, make the ordinary into the extraordinary. Live to love, and love to live!
