Just joined a new gym and all your thoughts are already on how to date new chicks out there. Well for that to happen you have to focus on our guide to gym wear this summer. Just pay heed to it and you will be a man of supreme style along with your immense athletic ability.
Part of looking stylish is being comfortable, comfortable while going to the gym, while doing exercise and while interacting and partnering with people out there.
Warming up is the must
To avoid pull-ups and muscle stretches jogging and running is must to warm up the body. Warming up prepares you for action and also improves your performance.
Sweatshirt
A casual yet stylish sweatshirt will be perfect to help your body warming up. College sweatshirt or statement embodied sweatshirt will give people an idea about you -what you believe in or where you are from. Always helps in initiating things and knowing people in new Gym. You can choose either retro style (Frontal Zip) or round neck in pastel to tropical colors.
Draw Strings Pants
Drawstrings pants or Nadal style Capri will complement your sweatshirt while going to the Gym and later in warming up. Get hold of some cool looking knit pants in pastel or bright colors and turn on the heat. The idea here is to make yourself comfortable while jogging and stretching excises and still look cool and fashionable.
Shoes
The most important element of your whole workout depends upon your shoes as they are not only a style statement but also affects your performance. Choose good cushioned sneakers to protect your knees and shins. Sneakers in bright colours are in vogue so get hold of a pair that suits your personality. Do pay special attention to the top of the shoes too - choose one with net tops as they allow air to circulate and keep your feet nice and dry.
Socks
Nice cool and comfortable cotton socks will do the job in summers. Cotton socks will ensure dry feet as cotton is good absorber or sweat. Most people do neglect socks while planning their gear but they are the most essential. Socks determine the well-being of feet, poor pair of socks and you will find yourself amidst blisters that can ruin your schedule for some time.
